What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that our mattresses do not meet your standards, you may return your order for a full merchandise refund within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a 20% Return Service Fee. No refunds or returns are given after 30 days.

If you decide to return an item, simply email us at returns@enjoyyoursleep.com with a reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll issue a return authorization number and proceed with scheduling a return pickup.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, you will be issued a full merchandise refund (less shipping fees.) We will keep you informed throughout the process and send a confirmation email once an item has successfully returned to us and refund issued.
