Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: All orders at Enjoy Your Sleep are quickly shipped and take about 7-10 business days to arrive, which is half the time of Tempurpedic.
Q: How will I know when my order ships?
A: Once your order ships, Enjoy Your Sleep will contact you via email. Your email will include tracking information for your order, plus an anticipated date of delivery.
Q: How does Free Shipping work?
A: Our Free Shipping option allows you to receive your order at no additional charge. All Free Shipping orders include free standard shipping and delivery to your door or first dry surface.
Q: Are there any other shipping options?
A: Yes, we proudly offer White Glove delivery as well. With White Glove Delivery, we will bring in your mattress and assemble. The rate on White Glove Delivery is a flat $350 fee. White Glove Delivery does not include the removal and/or recycle of your current mattress or bed.
Q: How do you deliver?
A: Delivery is done via UPS Ground and to the first dry surface or door of your home. Beds must be signed for, unless otherwise requested. All deliveries will be scheduled 1-2 days prior to delivery date.
Q: How do I know if my order was shipped?
A: Once your order ships, we notify you via email. In the email, we'll include all necessary tracking information for your order. You may safely and securely track your order at anytime through Your Account (LINK).
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Simply visit YOUR ACCOUNT (LINK) and check shipped status. Within YOUR ACCOUNT, you'll find a tracking number and link to check the status of your delivery. If you have any other questions regarding tracking, simply email us at (tracking@enjoyyoursleep.com).
